My Coaching Philosophy: My coaching philosophy is what I call the fingerprint philosophy. Every runner is physically, mentally and biologically different than one another; seeing to this a personal training plan must be developed in order to cater to the needs of every individual. I believe through individualized training plans runners can reach their potential in all aspects of running. Interactivity between runner and coach is essential in developing the correct training plan to suit your running needs.
Athletic Background: I have run competitively in high-school, college and professional atmospheres. I have also seriously trained for basketball and boxing before I started running.
I feel comfortable coaching: Mid-Distance and Distance
I most enjoy coaching: 5,000 and 10,000 meters
Experience: Assistant Coach with Juventus Elite Track Club Currently coaching family members and friends for upcoming races
