1- Meet location: Underhill Field (Maplewood, NJ). Please park behind Clinton Elementary School or in designated surrounding streets. There is an open gate from the school to the track. First event begins at 11:00am!
2- Check-in: Get hip number outside the fieldhouse (see attached) along with temperature check. We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before your event.
3- Warm-ups: Roads, baseball fields, and/or parking lot beside fieldhouse.
4- Entering the stadium: Please do so at the entrance (see attached) one event before yours. Check in at the clerk’s table on the infield, and then you may do strides on the infield until the clerk takes you to the starting line.
5- Leaving the stadium: Please do so at the exit (see attached) upon completion of your event. Thank you for not lingering on the infield after your event (unless you’re waiting for the medal ceremony- see #9).
6- Family spectators. Please advise family to enter the stadium for your event only, and to then leave immediately after your event. Due to COVID protocols, we cannot have athletes and/or spectators lingering for events besides their own.
7- COVID protocols. Please advise family to wear masks and social distance at all times in the stadium bleachers. Temperature checks will be done wit all athletes.
8- Bathrooms. Please use three portajohns behind the grandstand. Bathrooms inside the fieldhouse are unavailable.
9- Medals. Top 6 medal in all but the Invite 100m and 4×400. We will do a socially-distanced awards ceremony immediately after each race on the infield.
10- Live results will be available on Lexicontiming here.
11- Pictures. We will have a photographer on site. We’ll email you the links to the albums Saturday night.
12- Here is the meet schedule and the heat sheets. Please review closely and email us immediately with any corrections.
13- Livestreaming. We will livestream the event on the GSTC Instagram account for those unable to attend!
