North Brunswick- The club’s Leadership Team announced that Megan Cafferty, an East Brunswick teacher, will be the new captain for the team’s Steady Striders crew of 9:00-12:00/mile paced runners. A member for three years, she excitedly takes over for Diana Angi, who is expecting! Entire story
North Brunswick- Club president Chuck Schneekloth announced that Jack Daniels, named “The Greatest Distance Coach in America” by Runner’s World, will be the keynote speaker at the club’s yearly banquet on February 4th. Gladstone Peapack – The Garden State Track Club dominated the field in the USATF-NJ 8k Cross Country Championships at the challenging Natirar Park. The open men had an especially strog day, as their teams went 1-2-3-5. The club racked up over one hundred team points in their collective efforts.
